Mary McHugh

Mary is a pioneering woman who has had the foresight to see the unseen and meet people who are struggling where they were at. Today Mary owns a company where there are a team of 25 (and growing) Psychotherapists, Psychologists and Social Workers working under her Umbrella. Mary is pushing for Mental Health to be talked about as normally as physical health and is using her company as a beacon light in that goal. Mary believes that we all have struggle in our lives and wants her company to become a household name should anyone ever need their services. She has a deep knowing around the generational legacy we all have in our genes and in her research is see how we can hold on to the great stuff and begin to let go of what is pulling us down. Mary is passionate, driven, huge capacity for holding, and sometimes can be very anxious and shy.
